Ross C. Madden, 17, and William Figgatt Jr., 16, have been turned over to their parents

Two teenagers have been arrested by Delaware State Police in connection with the theft of two bicycles.

A little more than three hours later the woman reported she had found one of the missing bikes at the Magnolia Furniture store at 40 S. Main Street; troopers found the teens and took them into custody.

Ross C. Madden, 17, of Smyrna and William Figgatt Jr. 16, of Magnolia are charged with felony third-degree burglary, felony second-degree conspiracy and theft.

They were released to their parents after an arraignment at Justice of the Peace Court 2.
