Smyrna Police announced the show dog that was reported as stolen from the Zerbini Family Circus has been found in good health.

The show dog reported as stolen from the Zerbini Family Circus after a performance July 4 in Smyrna has been found.

The dog, “Pipier 6,” was in good health, according to a Smyrna Police Department Facebook post July 6.

“Thanks to everyone who reached out, shared the post and tagged friends/family. We have located the stolen dog and are making arrangements for reunification,” the Facebook post stated.

Smyrna Police asked for the public’s help in locating the show dog reported as stolen from its kennel at the circus that was performing at George C. Wright Jr. Municipal Park. The theft was believed to have happened July 4 at about 7 p.m.

No other details have been released by police as of Monday at noon.

Smyrna Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a show dog reported as stolen from the circus that was performing at George C. Wright Jr. Municipal Park July 4.

The dog, "Pipier 6," was reported as stolen from its kennel at the Zerbini Family Circus during the evening of July 4.

The theft is believed to have happened around 7 p.m.

Pipier 6 is a mix breed dog.

Smyrna Police are seeking any information about the whereabouts of this dog so that it may be returned to its owner.
